Enquire About Supervision

Clinical Supervision

Clinical supervision is a place where you can slow down, think deeply and speak openly about your work. It supports you as you navigate complex client work, ethical questions, professional growth and the emotional demands of practice.

Trust is at the heart of a meaningful supervision relationship. I aim to create a space where you can speak honestly, bring uncertainty without fear of judgement and reflect on both the challenges and strengths within your work.

My approach is warm and encouraging while also offering thoughtful questions, honest feedback and practical guidance.

“Don’t show up to prove. Show up to improve.”

— Simon Sinek

What to Expect from Supervision

Supervision works best when you bring the parts of your practice that need space, thought or support. This might include cases you feel uncertain about, difficult client dynamics, ethical questions, moments that have stayed with you, areas where you would like to grow, or the broader direction and vision you have for your work and practice.

About Me

I genuinely enjoy supporting therapists to continue growing in their practice. One of the most rewarding parts of being a supervisor is helping someone recognise and lean into their strengths, instincts and gifts they already bring to their work, while building their confidence, strengthening their clinical thinking and finding deeper satisfaction in what they do. I also value making space for the hopes and ideas they have for their work, supporting them to explore what they would love to create and how they might shape a practice that feels sustainable, meaningful and true to who they are.

“How can I provide a relationship which this person may use for their own personal growth?”
